SHIPPING PROCEDURE

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by e-mail.

ORDER STATUS

To check on the status of your order, email at Morta-s@outlook.com. Please include your order number information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

ADDITIONAL

Standard shipping offer only applies to shipping within designated regions. Duties and taxes may be levied by shipping company upon delivery. We are required by international law to disclose the full value of all shipping contents. Processing and transit times are approximate. Flate rate is approximate based on the current exchange rate of your chosen currency. Shipping is subject to availability. We are not able to process shipping to APO/FPO address.
